Yes, all our vanity categories — including the Women's Makeup Bag, Men's Vanity Bag, and Everyday Pouch — feature a wipe-clean plastic lining for added convenience and durability.

The tote bag can easily fit up to a 15.6” laptop or an iPad Pro. We recommend putting them in a protective laptop/iPad sleeve before filling up the tote bag for the day.

The Backpack can accommodate a maximum 14” Laptop or up to an iPad pro. We recommend putting them in a protective laptop/iPad sleeve before filling up the Backpack for the day.

The duffel bag can fold down to fit inside a suitcase and could be used whenever required as a piece of additional luggage. 

Both Sizes of our Duffel bag will qualify as a Carry-On compliant, but we always recommend checking dimension requirements with the airlines you will be flying. For reference the Large duffel bag is 49cm W x 26cm H x 20cm D & Medium duffel bag is 46cm W x 23cm H x 17cm D.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your Twelve Twenty cotton quilted bags, we recommend a gentle handwash using a mild liquid detergent. Always wash separately in cold water (below 30°C) to preserve the colors and fabric texture. Avoid using a washing machine, tumble dryer, or wringing the product, as it may damage the quilted structure. For best results, drip dry in shade to protect the cotton and prints. 

We do not recommend machine washing your Twelve Twenty cotton quilted bags as machine washing may compromise the fabric, quilting, and shape. For best care, please handwash gently with mild liquid detergent in cold water (below 30°C). Avoid tumble drying or wringing. Always drip dry in shade to maintain the quality and vibrant prints of your Twelve Twenty essentials.

Twelve Twenty bags are made from export-quality cotton fabric, which are generally resistant to shrinking when cared for properly. However, to avoid any potential shrinkage, we recommend hand washing your bags with mild liquid detergent and in cold water (below 30°C). Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as heat can cause some shrinkage. After washing, air dry your bag in the shade to maintain its shape and size. With the right care, your bag will stay in excellent condition!

We do not recommend ironing your Twelve Twenty quilted bags, as the heat can damage the fabric and affect the quilted structure. If needed, you can use a steamer on a low setting to remove wrinkles, but avoid direct heat or pressing with an iron. To smooth out minor creases, simply stuff your bag with waste newspaper and let it sit for a while to regain its shape.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (AWB Number) via email and text message. You can track your package through the carrier's website using the AWB Number.

We’re happy to receive your order! Once placed, we typically dispatch it within 1–2 working days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes an additional 3–5 working days, depending on your location. We’ll share tracking details via email and text message with you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey!

For orders with cart value under ₹1000, a nominal ₹85 small cart fee will apply. For orders above ₹1000, there are no additional shipping charges. We hope that makes your shopping experience smooth and easy!

If your Twelve Twenty order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to accommodate changes like adding or removing items — however, this is subject to our discretion and the availability of products. Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders PAN India. Please note that a ₹85 cash handling fee will be applied to all COD orders.
